Recruiting Bonus
- $250 to be received 60 days after date of hire
- $250 to be received 6 months after date of hire
- $500 total to be received
- You must be employed and working with Gemini/Musket to receive this bonus. Your name must be on the 'referred to' line on the original application to be paid a recruiting bonus.
Performance Bonus
- $250 per quarter if no incidences (accidents, injuries, preventable)
- $1000 per calendar year (12/1 through 11/31) if no incidences
- One incident could lose $250 for the quarter and $1000 for the annual.
- Bonus is paid within 45 days of the quarter end date.
- Must work entire quarter to receive quarterly bonus.
- Must work entire year (12/1 through 11/31) to receive annual bonus.
