The contest is open to Love's customers and employees. If you wish to participate, please read these Official Contest Rules:

Contest Description

• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Only one winner per household. No entry fee required.
• Participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions herein. Winning is contingent on fulfilling all requirements.   
• All entries must be submitted by 12:00 a.m. CST on September 30, 2010 to be considered for the competition. There is no limit to the number of photos that can be entered.
• Winners may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of the Facebook account associated with their entry, and that they meet age requirements.

• The participant must not have granted any person or entity other than the sponsor the right to use the photo. All Clearances must have been obtained, as set forth below.  
• Submitted photos will not be accepted or eligible if they include any content that contains or appears to contain:
  • Explicitly profane or obscene material;
  • Endorsement (or condones) illegal drug use, alcohol abuse or other illegal activity;
  • Nudity, profanity or extreme or gratuitous violence;
  • Any express or implied commercial endorsement;
  • Any derogatory characterization of any person or group based on age, race, color, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, marital status, mental or physical disability, citizenship, creed, national origin, physical appearance, political affiliation, union membership, or other unethical or unlawful factors; or
  • Depictions of any conduct, language or other context deemed inappropriate by the sponsor or any of the judges.

Clearances
Each participant is solely responsible for obtaining from all applicable individuals or entities any and all required rights, releases, consents, clearances, licenses, and other authorizations necessary to exploit and otherwise use their submitted photo in any and all media (“Clearances”). By submitting a photo, each participant represents and warrants that all required Clearances have been obtained. Clearances required include but are not limited to:

1. Location releases;
2. Releases from any person whose name, likeness or persona is referenced, shown or otherwise used in the submitted photo;
3. If any individuals depicted are under the age of majority, participants must obtain the signature of the individuals’ parent or guardian on the applicable clearance(s).

By submitting their photo entries, participants warrant that the submitted photo, and all elements contained therein, does not infringe on any copyright owned by another, and/or that the content of the photo is within the bounds of the fair use doctrine. Love’s reserves the right (but not the obligation) to verify that all necessary clearances have been obtained, prior to selecting the photo as a finalist or winning photo. Love’s may disqualify any submitted photo at any time if the participant has not obtained all necessary clearances.

CONSENT, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
On behalf of the participant and all others appearing in the photo, by submitting a photo: 1) the participant grants to Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc., its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees and business partners (collectively “Love’s”) the right and permission to copyright, publish, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use the photo, your name and/or any form of your likeness or persona (“Material”), in publications, displays on the Internet, television, radio and/or in any other medium and to otherwise use the Material, or an altered form thereof, to advertise, publicize and/or market Love’s business, merchandise, goods, activities or projects, or for any other lawful purpose; 2) the participant hereby relinquishes all rights, title, and interest in the Material and waives all rights to payment or compensation therefore or for the use thereof; and 3) the participant hereby releases, discharges and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Love's (and the respective directors, officers, agents and employees thereof) from and against any and all injuries, loss, claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees), arising out of or related to the Material, the contest or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.
