1. What is the "I Love Rewards" program? 
      
    The I Love Rewards program was created in 2001 to thank our professional driving customers for fueling with us. A Rewards card can be picked up at any Love's Travel Stop without an application or waiting time. For every gallon purchased the customer gets the equivalent of one cent put onto their card. 
     
 
2. How do I redeem my I Love Rewards points? 
      
    When the Rewards card reaches the $5.00 amount, the card can be used to buy food or merchandise in our Travel Stops. I Love Rewards points can not be used for lottery, tobacco, alcohol or fuel. If not used, the I Love Rewards points expire on December 31 the year after they put onto the card. For example, if you pumped 250 gallons on April 14, 2006, those points would expire December 31, 2007. To check your rewards card balance, visit the Rewards page on our web site. 
      
     
 
3. What happens if I lose my Rewards card?
     
    The Rewards card does not have an application process, so if a card is lost, then we can not look up the account by a name or truck company. We do have the capability to look up a lost rewards card if we have information from at least two fuel tickets where fuel was put onto the card. We are not responsible for points redeemed off of a lost card. If you do have a lost card and at least two fuel receipts where points were put onto the rewards card, you can call 1-800-388-0983. A Love's representative will help you out with your Rewards card problems or questions. 
     
 
4. Can I buy stock in Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores?
     
    Love's is a family owned, private company - therefore stock can not be purchased from Love's. The company was founded by Tom Love and his wife Judy in 1964 and continues to be family owned and operated with his two sons and one daughter very involved in the business. Since the stores are company operated, Love's does not franchise stores. 
     
 
5. How do I ask Love's for a donation to a charity?
     
    Love's has a long history of giving back to the community both at the corporate office in Oklahoma City, OK, and in every community where our stores are located. The main focus of our donation money is directed to children's needs & programs and education. The company annually gives 2% of their net profits to charitable organizations. We also raise funds annually for Children's Miracle Network, an alliance of children's hospitals nationwide. Love's has raised over $1,000,000 for the Children's Miracle Network. If you are interested in a donation for your charity, please email your request to donations@loves.com. 
     
 
6. Does Love's offer a personal credit card?
     
    Love's does not offer a personal credit card for fuel or merchandise in the store. We do offer a Love's Express fleet credit card for trucking companies that fuel at our stores. 
     
 
7. Does Love's have gift certificates?
     
    Love's does offer rechargeable gift cards which can be purchased at any of our locations. 
     
 
8. What is your shower policy?
     
    For drivers who fuel up with 50 gallons or more of diesel, a free shower is given to that driver. If 50 gallons are not pumped, then the shower will cost $9.00. Showers can be accrued on the I Love Rewards card if they are not used at the time of fueling. Showers are good for 5 days on the Rewards card. 
     
 
9. How do I find where certain Love's stores are located?
     
    You can find a list of our stores along with their amenities on the Love's web site under Locations. You can also visit our Trip Planner and map the Love's along your route.
      
     
 
10. Does Love's welcome RV business?
     
    Love's welcomes all RV customers to stop by our stores. We try to help their travels by offering several amenities and discounts. At many of our travel stops we have dump stations and ample parking for overnight stays.  
     
 
11. How do I contact Love's corporate office with questions or comments?
     
    If you have any questions or comments for the Love's corporate office, look on the Contact Us page of our website. You will find specific departments with phone numbers and e-mail addresses to contact someone who can help you. 
     
 
12. Does Love's sell merchandise through their website?
     
    We do not sell merchandise through the website. All merchandise can be purchased at our stores only. 
     
 
13. What is Love's return policy on their merchandise?
     
    Non-electronic merchandise purchased at our stores can be returned to any store for a refund as long as you have the receipt for the purchase. There is a no money back policy on our electronic items. If an electronic item is not working, it can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. The exchange can be for the same item or other merchandise as long as the receipt and the original box is present at the time of the exchange. 
      
14.   How do I become a Love's vendor?

    We want to thank you for considering Love's as a possible outlet for your product. We are pleased you’ve taken an interest in our company. We are growing at a rapid pace and are continually looking for new and innovative merchandise to keep our product mix fresh.

    Please note all merchandise coming into Love’s must contain a UPC code that will scan.

    Send your non-returnable, product sample with literature and general pricing information to our merchandise buyers for consideration. If after reviewing your product we’ve chosen to pursue further a buyer will contact you to arrange a meeting. If we’ve chosen to forgo your product you will be notified by mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks for review.
