Love’s makes no warranties or guarantees that the information concerning daily fuel prices, store specials, store facilities, or store locations is accurate or that each service or product will be available at every store location.

Our Privacy Policy , as it may change from time to time, is incorporated as a part of this Agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Love’s, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of this Agreement or Love’s Privacy Policy.

Modification

This Agreement may be amended from time to time without specific notice to you; however, if Love’s amends this Agreement, it will post the revised Agreement on the Site. For your convenience and future reference, the date of the version of this Agreement is listed below. You can print the version of the Agreement that you reviewed and approved, and compare it to the version in effect when you use the Site in the future to determine what, if any, changes have been made. By continuing to visit and use the Site following the posting of any revisions, you are agreeing to those changes in the revised Agreement.

Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute with Love’s, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the federal or state courts of Oklahoma and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in such courts in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Love’s or its affiliates, employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers, and content providers. This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Love’s, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties or understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products, or services provided by or through the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
