Clean Places, Friendly Faces

Who We Are

It all started in 1964 when Tom and Judy Love opened a family-owned and operated single gas station in rural Oklahoma. Today, Love’s continues to evolve, with Tom and Judy’s children leading the company forward. The third generation of the Love family also work in various roles in the organization, helping to shape the company’s future while maintaining the same values instilled by Tom and Judy.

As a family-driven business, Love’s remains deeply committed to serving customers with integrity, a strong work ethic and innovative thinking.

In addition to offering fuel, convenience goods, tires, truck services and quick-serve food, Love’s is a trusted partner in the daily operations of countless industries across the country.

Our Travel Stops

All new travel stops include fueling for truck diesel and four-wheel customers, truck and car parking, at least one quick service restaurant concept, Love’s Fresh Kitchen, showers and self-checkout options.

Depending on available space and customer needs, travel stops may also include dog parks, RV hookups and parking, a CAT Scale and a Love’s Truck Care facility.

In addition, Love’s partners with local utility companies and has space allocated to install EV charging stations should there be customer demand.

Love’s Community Investment

When Love’s builds a new travel stop, it’s not just about providing a convenient place for travelers—it’s about becoming a committed partner in the local community. On average, Love’s invests $20 million in each new location, focusing on maintaining high standards for safety, curb appeal, and being a responsible neighbor.

These investments have a significant economic impact, contributing to local economies through job creation, sales, and property taxes. Love’s travel stops are important contributors to the city and county, with local taxes supporting essential services like schools, fire and police departments and more.

Additionally, the presence of a Love’s store often leads to positive changes in property values in the surrounding area, further enhancing the community’s growth and prosperity.

Donation for New Stores: Every new Love’s store donates $5,000 to local 501(c)(3) organizations.

Annual District Giving: Each district has a $5,000 annual giving budget to support local causes.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN): Customers can contribute to CMN through pin pad donations at checkout. All donations directly benefit the nearest CMN partner hospital, ensuring contributions help children and families in the local community.

Career Opportunities

Love’s is proud to offer robust career opportunities as a leading employer in the travel stop, food service and truck maintenance industries. Each new location typically brings an average of 50 new jobs, with 75% of positions being full-time and 25% part-time, providing flexibility and a variety of options for job seekers.

The long-term success of employees is also supported through Love’s debt-free education program, Fuel Your Growth, which fosters career development for individuals by helping them complete a high school diploma, college degree, or industry-specific certifications. At Love’s, the opportunity extends beyond a job, offering a pathway to a fulfilling career.
