“We’re happy to join a growing community and open our fifth Love’s Travel Stop in the state of Nebraska,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s. “Norfolk is in a great location along a major U.S. highway, and we look forward to providing a new dining option and the ‘Clean Places, Friendly Faces’ Love’s is known for to Norfolk residents.”

The new store is open 24/7 and offers gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift items and more. IHOP Express guests will be able to enjoy made-to-order breakfast favorites all day, every day. The restaurant concept combines the convenience of ordering at a service counter with the experience of being served food when it’s ready in the dining area. Included on the IHOP Express menu are many of the iconic brand’s most popular breakfast foods and beverages – like its world-famous Buttermilk Pancakes, fluffy omelettes, hickory-smoked bacon and International House Roast Coffee® – as well as signature lunch and dinner items, such as sandwiches and hand-seasoned 100% USDA choice beef burgers on a Brioche bun.

The 10,000-square-foot travel stop also provides services for professional truck drivers. The Norfolk location offers 79 truck-parking spaces, five showers and other driver services.

Love’s is celebrating the opening by donating $2,000 to the Norfolk Family YMCA. The donation will be presented at a ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25.
