“West Point is ideal for Love’s because of its central location between the Starkville, Tupelo and Columbus areas,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s. “U.S. Highway 45A brings leisure travelers and professional drivers through the area, which allows us to serve several types of Customers. We look forward to bring the ‘Clean Places, Friendly Faces’ Love’s is known for to the West Point community.”
The 10,000-square-foot facility features an Arby’s restaurant, gourmet coffee, fresh fruit, gift items, eight fuel pumps and more. It offers diesel fuel pumps, showers and 67 truck-parking spaces for professional truck drivers. West Point marks Love’s 13th travel stop in Mississippi. Nationwide, Love’s operates more than 430 locations.
Love’s will celebrate the opening by donating $2,000 to Sally Kate Winters Memorial Children’s Home. The donation will be presented at a ribbon cutting held in conjunction with the West Point Chamber of Commerce 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 25.
