Contact List Instructions

Make sure you don’t miss special offers from Love’s! Click on the email program you use for email and follow the instructions to add us to your address book or safe sender list.

Gmail (Desktop)

Mark as not spam:
  1. From the left sidebar, click on the More tab
  2. Click on the Spam folder
  3. Click on an email from Love's OR click the checkbox to the left of the email before opening
  4. Click the “Not Spam” button at the top of your screen
How to add Love’s to your Contact List:
  1. From the left sidebar, click on the More tab
  2. Click on the Spam folder

How to move Love’s emails to your Gmail Primary tab
  1. Click on the Spam folder
  2. Click on an email from Love's OR click the checkbox to the left of the email before opening

Gmail Mobile App

Mark as not spam:
  1. From the left sidebar, tap on your Spam folder
  2. Open an email from Love's OR tap the icon to the left of the email before opening
  3. Tap the “…” icon in the top-right corner
  4. Tap the “Not Spam” button
How to move Love’s emails to your Gmail Primary tab
  1. From the left sidebar, select your Promotions tab
  2. Find an email from Love’s
  3. Open the email or tap on the icon to the left of the email
  4. Click the “…” icon in the top-right corner
  5. Tap “Move to”
  6. Select Primary

Yahoo

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “…”
  4. Choose “Add to contacts”
  5. Add additional information if needed
  6. Click save to finish

Hotmail, Windows Live or Outlook Mail

  1. Open the email in your inbox
  2. Click on the sender’s email address
  3. Click “Add”
  4. Add additional information if needed
  5. Click save to finish

AOL

  1. Click “Contacts” in the left toolbar
  2. Click “New Contact”
  3. Add contacts information
  4. Choose “Add Contact” to save

Other

If your email program is not listed above, click on an email from rewards@e.Love's.com and mark the email as “not spam.” Then, add rewards@e.Love's.com to your Address Book or Contact list in your email program. If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder contact your ISP or spam filter application support and ask how to whitelist rewards@e.Love's.com.
